All offerings involve a unique combination of reflective practice, experiential activities, knowledge and skill building. My style is interactive, infused with opportunities for storytelling and grounded in building authentic partnerships. We dig into the above topics through a school leaders lens with a particular focus on systems, policies and organizational culture building.
Equity and Anti-Racism Workshops & Coaching
I also offer workshops and coaching for teams and communities committed to understanding, confronting and dismantling racism and other systems of oppression that harm and erode community. All equity and anti-racism work is co-facilitated and created in collaboration with colleagues of color. Topics include:
